Mayan Jaguar Trap Tweak 1.0

Circumvents the annoying Jaguar trap bug which stops you from building by putting the traps on a 4 turn timer. I wanted to fix the bug but couldn't figure it out and this is the best I could do. I landed on 4 turns because that's how long the cooldown is anyway so it sort of tracks.

A new game is required as for some reason this only triggers for traps placed after the mods enabled. However if you don't mind a quick and dirty fix I found you can temporarily delete the traps by commenting out a line, loading, saving, quitting and then uncommenting the line.

- Open plot-effects.xml at {PathToCiv}\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Base\modules\base-standard\data\plot-effects.xml
- Comment/Delete line 40
- Load your save, save it and close the game
- Uncomment/Paste the following back to line 40

God bless. I had a game where I put a trap on the first ring of my capital and I expected to be able to build over it. No sir, that's not allowed. Kept that trap until explo.
