This is an update to MiChello's Civ2-Civ3 WWII conversion, including new graphics, reworked units, and Civ2 techs. Most of the changes are documented in the zip archive. It is not perfect, and the advisor tech tree needs repair. If anybody would care to correct it, give me a shout!
You will need Conquests v1.22 and the World War II extras pack for Play the World to use this upgrade.
