This is a modified scenario of MaxRiga's 2001 scenario. The credit go's to him for making the scenario, I just modified to suit my taste.
Essentially, what I did is try to better mimick population differences between nations. e.g. China is the most population, but U.S. still is the more powerful.
Fair warning, there is some pretty extreme modifying of the map to better supply the more massive populations of this scenario. Recommend to set the game speed for this one at marathon.
