Ogham (Old Irish Ogam) was an alphabet used primarily to represent Gaelic languages. Ogham is sometimes referred to as the "Celtic Tree Alphabet." The word is pronounced [ˈoɣam] in Old Irish and [oːm] in Modern Irish, but in English the spelling pronunciation [ˈɒgəm] is very common.
