Palette tools 2016-10-05

This archive contains the following tools

\ACT_PAL
Pal2Act.exe -> converts palettes from PAL format to ACT format.
Act2Pal.exe -> converts palettes from ACT format to PAL format.

\makepalette
pcxact.exe -> extracts an ACT formatted palette from a 8bit PCX
pcxpal.exe -> extracts a PAL formatted palette from a 8bit PCX

\pcxclean
pcxclean.exe -> strips a PCX of all colors not specified in an external palette file
