Mostly the modifiers i have changed in order of their ranking and reputation in the world; and basic knowledge of what i know and what each of their civilization is factually known for. For e.g Souk for the arabs they are known to be good traders hence the bonus is much higher than normal. You can change it if you want though.

All working Fully just unzip into your Assets/Modules/ Folder
Your MLF Should include it for modular loading to work
