1.2.4 Update

Updated to 1.2.4 patch. Now renames AI cities!

1.4 Update

Fixed some broken dotted characters in city names.
Added option to exempt certain civs from time-based naming in certain situations. In this case, preventing older names from being used for the Greek and Han civs.

1.3 Update

Fixed error where some languages were getting cutoff in the files
Re-added in some special characters that had support added

TO-DO: Still need to add time-based override option for some languages (Han Chinese, Classical Greek, etc.)

Added year-based Chinese Names
Removed some special characters that could make fonts act weird

To-Do: Add option to 'lock in' timing for civ-based names (aka have Greece start with Classical Greek instead of Mycenaean)
