I take almost no credit for this, all the hard Python stuff was done by mikeejimbo. I only thought of it and did some XML.
What it does:
Nationalist leaders produce their unique buildings at double speed and their unique units 50% faster. They also get no anger from conscription.
Works online (Untested, but should).
Possible Bugs: You may get one turn of anger, but no more, from conscription.

Note: I included no leaderhead modifications. If you want a leader to have the trait, you must give it to him/her yourself. This gives modders greater flexibility.
