This is to place the War Balloon in the Database. I Uploaded it first in 2004 but have since combined all files together as well as adjust the Run sound and large pcx file.
This First Version is for "Normal" or Light Maps and contains all files for use as a Land or Air Unit. "Read Me" file included.
