Cities in Development (Obsolete)

  • Various support added for SD: Ideals.
  • Fixed issue with Development values appearing in 10s on the map.
  • Buildings in the Right-hand panel are now sorted by "Districts." This is purely aesthetic, and can be toggled off in the user settings.
  • Slave Worker, Peasant, and Worker split is now disabled with the CBO.
  • Fixed TXT_KEY issue with Corporations Overview for CBO.
  • Added Civ VI style Build Charges, that is, Workers now build Improvements instantly, but are expended after several uses. Citizenship and Pyramids updated to give an additional Build. Same will be done for Reforms and Epithets in the next RtP update. As in Civ VI, Repairs are free, as are Routes. May be disabled in user settings. Optionally, removing Features does not take Charges but Turns.
  • Can no longer purchase Units as Slaves without the prerequisite Strategic Resources.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the floating text from appearing when a Slave Unit was purchased, indicating an increase in Resistance Sentiment.
  • Updated Province titles for the impending CulDiv update.
  • Added alpha icon to City State banner when Sukritact's Suzerainty is enabled.
  • For the sake of titles, the Capital is now treated like a State/Duchy.
  • Fixed an issue whereby the Levies Raised notification would fire for each city.
  • Reduced the Shackle cost per Era for the Slave Worker to 2 (from 5).
  • Added pages on Satellites and Build Charges to the CiD pedia section.
  • Added FortSuffix and FortPrefix tags to the Civilization_JFD_ColonialCityNames table, if you want to use something that overrides the 'Fort' designation.

Small update, fixing an issue with Development from Improvements, and making some alterations to the Diplo Corner - adding support for modular options thanks to Sukritact. Also fixes the issue with E&D for those that missed the hotfix.

  • Thanks to Chrisy, fixed an issue wherein Development values for unique buildings would be doubled and could be generally unstable.
  • Reverted XP Buildings (Barracks, Armory, and Military Academy) to cost Gold Maintenance instead of Crime.
  • Fixed an issue whereby sound effects for the Worker and Slave were missing.
  • Fixed an issue wherein National Wonders unlocked during the Medieval Era did not produce any Development.

  • Corrected several issues with Organized Crimes stating the incorrect yield that they reduced (Terrorists, Smugglers, and Anarchists fixed).
  • Fixed an issue whereby unmet City-State allies would be revealed on the city banner.
  • Added some CBO support for the Doctor specialist and Great Doctor.
  • "New", "Fort", and "Station" prefixes/suffix are no longer hardcoded in Lua, and so can have multiple language support if someone were to provide me the translations.
  • Fixed an issue whereby Buildings added by other mods that did not have Crime or Maintenance could be purchased for free with Magistrates in Colonies.
  • Fixed an issue whereby Venice could spend Magistrates in the Capital.
  • Removed a rogue print statement.
  • Made some updates to the Civilopedia game concept entries.
  • Fixed an issue with the AI not receiving the correct amount of Food from Excess Health.
  • Fixed issue with tooltips and building improvements not working correctly.
  • Fixed some database issues when using CBO.
  • Added plot mouseover support for Golden Age Points, Great Admiral Points, and Great General points as yields.
  • Fixed Longhouse changes half-working with CBO.
  • Terrorists now base themselves off of Violence and Sabotage, Anarchists base themselves (once again) off Treason and Vandalism, and Saboteurs become Smugglers, basing off of Drug Abuse and Abduction. Thanks to Albie for thesuggestions.
  • Province indicator is now shown before the city name.
  • Removed the Development threshold bonus that Colonies received from their province level.
