Challenge requested:

The polycasters choose 5 existing civs in Civ5 and change the civs' UA/UU/UB/UI and discuss how those civs could be tweaked or completely revamped to be "balanced."

Particularly more "balanced" than "fun," because if you focus on the "fun" aspect as how you would balance your civs, TMIT would probably find it quite fun if Shaka's UA was to start with three nukes ;)
