Workers now receive charges and can build most improvements immediately at the cost of 1 charge. Advanced improvements may require several turns to build.
Route costs and build time are unchanged. They do not cost a charge. Other utility actions (like repairing or removing features)...

I am making a combat unit that has one build charge for any improvement that a builder can make (comparable to the Roman Legion). Everything seems functional so far, but I am getting a visual problem. The unit starts with only one guy visible, and he turns invisible after using the build...
Well that's pretty much the issue. I want to make Spanish missionaries the only unit capable of building Missions. However I don't want them to be consumed after doing so and I don't want that missionaries from other civs has the build charge shown in their UI.

I'm guessing it'll work just like the Aztec ability - i.e. there should be a special button above the builder panel. Or am I missing something real obvious? Lol
