custom civ not showing up mod

So I followed Toussaint's Template to get my mod made and it all worked fine no errors in modbuddy and the game can be enabled and disalbed but the civ won't show up in game, can soemone look at it, fix it, and then explain how they fixed it? This is a private mod I'm using for solo plays.

Hi Guys, Im being a noob today. I downloaded 3 different civs from here and put them in the mod folder. I can activate the mods in additional contents, but once I want to start a game they do not show up in the list of leaders. What do I have to do?
