New to Modding

Hello. I'm trying to learn how to start modding some things into Civ but I don't understand why I am getting some errors. I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction by finding where I am missing something. The mod shows up on the mod screen but the leader test that I made did not show up in the leader select screen. I didn't find much of people explaining how to do things but I did follow this tutorial:

. I am on an M1 Mac but I am running the dev software on a windows 11 virtual machine. The database.log file did not want to attach so I attached a picture of the log instead. Let me know if there is anything else you would need to assist me.

Update: I have fixed some things and now I am getting no errors in the database.log file. The leader also shows up when I have no DLC enabled. However, when I enable Rise and Fall or Gathering Storm, the leader disappears. Does anyone know how to fix this or deal with this?
