    [1.0.8.4] Send Aid project works for two simultaneously

    I have a game with two Send Aid emergencies active. I completed a Send Aid project, and got 200 points for both. Is this intentional? (Save game available on request.)

    I had a disaster emergency, and several of my allies worked the Send Aid project, but I couldn't tell if I was getting any benefit from it. Other than generating score, does it actually do anything?
