era score

I'm playing Macedon, and I got the +4 Era Score for building a Hetairoi, but not for later building a Hypaspist. In the Civilopedia, under Major Moments, item Unique Unit Marches: "You have trained this unit for the first time, giving you an edge on the battlefield." It doesn't say first...

My idea is for a mod where Era Score gained over the amount required for a golden age is added to the era score in the next era. Some example formulae would be (EXTRA_SCORE/2), (ln(ERA_SCORE + 1)) or (sqrt(ERA_SCORE)).

Today in PBC game I wanted to settle a city and remove barb camp near the city position. In this case I got no era score (I expected to get 3 point). Can someone confirm this behaviour? Is this a bug?
