0.40 Noble House balancing

I was eager to try this out, but I think there are still some balance problems. I just got hunting (about turn 100) and accepted House Vadalis. So now I have -16 corporation payment in each of my two cities, which puts me at -2 gold after setting the science slider to 0. I don't see any way to go on...

I usually go for other science and especially Law (court house) before I got for hunting.

If I went for courthouses first, someone else would surely get to hunting before me. But if I go for hunting, I can't afford it. (Really, -16 per city is only affordable in a very developed civ much later in the game -- and even then, would it be worth it?)

there are two tags for corporations:
iSpreadcost and iMaintenance

Will give Vadalis twice the current Spreadcost and zero Maintenance. Reduced its Headquarter Commerce to 1Gold.
I have lowered Maintenance of House Phiarlan to half of what it is now
Kundarak should easily pay for itself the way it is now. (you usually have two headquarters, so 8gold per city it is spread to without modifiers)
Ghallanda also pays for itself (only 4 gold per city, but support trait easily takes care of it)
Cannith is similar to Kundarak
Tharashk is lategame. Could use some reduction, not sure.
