1) I declared war on Georgia using the Colonial War casus belli (All warmonger penalties are halved (-50%). After dropping a nuclear missile on their city I have received no additional warmonger penalty with any other nation!
2) Coming back to the situation above, I didn't have to wait 5 turns after Georgia denounced me - I immediately could declare the Colonial War!
3) The trade route interface still doesn't show the correct amount of turns for the trade route to finish. Instead of 4 turns I had to wait 24.
