[R&F] (1.0.0.262) Mods not loading into saved games.

Since the last update through Steam, whenever I load a saved game the mods I have won't activate and I end up with a completely R&F vanilla game. Oddly enough it doesn't cause any crashes. Games start out just fine, all of the mods are activated but save and leave the game and the mods are no longer active in the saved game.

If anyone knows a solution or workaround, it would be greatly appreciated.

It is probably a mod as I am not having this issue. I use several mods but only YnMP and Gold Resource off your list. Has CQUI been updated for R&F as I recall it was not at one time shortly after R&F's release?
 
Same issue here - any mod marked as "Affects Saved Games: No" works fine when a new game is created, but is disabled when loading a save
