[R&F] [1.0.0.29] Invulnerable unit in destroyed encampment

Attacking Brazil from the shoreline with missile cruisers, I was able to completely destroy the health and defences of an encampment but a bombard positioned within the encampment took no damage from repeated bombing.

Seemed like a bug.

IDK You have to use a melee (land) unit to actually capture the encampment. It will destroy the bombard as well.

As Brazil you can incapacitate the encampment with its ranged navy, that's all.
