[Vanilla] (1.0.0.290) Multiplayer Desync

Do you experience regular multiplayer desyncs?

The desync issue in multiplayer actually ruins the game. My friend bought this game so we can play multiplayer, and every turn we would have desyncs. It makes the multiplayer unplayable. We tested it out in different situations: Starting a game with random civs makes the game desync, but with predetermined leaders we would desync at about 60 turns. This doesn't apply to the different rulesets/scenarios, as it starts desyncing right from the start. Hosting it on mine or his doesn't fix the issue. Saving, leaving, and restarting doesn't seem to fix the issue. I feel like with enough players having the issue and sending the logs, there should have been a fix for this. I've tried many suggestions, like the fullscreen window, writing some command in cmd, verifying game cache, disabling the Aztec civilization, disabling windows protector... I would gladly provide log files for different scenarios, I just want this problem fixed, and the only way to do this is to keep reporting it until we grab the dev's attention.
