[GS] [1.0.0.341] Ordu does not provide XP benefit for seige class units

While the stable has a hidden feature(?) that confers +25% XP earned on siege class units (in addition to cavalry), its replacement for the Mongolian Empire does not. So Mongolia effectively has a nerf to seige class units Not sure if this is an oversight or intentional.

That's been around forever! So I assumed the Ordu side was the bug . But definitely an inconsistency here.

I don't know if I'd consider it a bug or rather just a description for the Stable that is not correct, because FXS did purposefully attach the Siege class to that ability via the Stable. On the other hand, they purposefully didn't attach that ability via the Ordu, so...

It's also interesting that the Barracks replacement Basilikoi attaches this bonus xp ability to the Siege class, so Macedon gets the bonus XP whether the Siege unit is built in a city with a stable or a Basilikoi.

It's a pretty easy fix though - just a few database & text updates.
