Mine so far are:

Won't trigger, whether it's 2,3 or 4 full legacy paths in Antiquity.
Savegame: End turn; for 3 and 4 full legacy paths, add the missing resource and the missing codices and then end turn.

- Flawless Campaign
seems to relate with Dual Legacies as the antiquity age is obviously not being counted

- Wonders Build
Only few seem to be counted

-Imperator, Augustus
Just doesn't trigger.
Savegame: End turn

- Pincushion
Just doesn't trigger, did it like 5 times so far
Savegame: Use the commander's order

- All legacy path counters except culture
Just doesn't count

- The Army's Soul, Augustus
Just doesn't trigger
