[NFP] (1.0.1.501) Maneuver not obsolete with Divine Right

I researched Divine Right, and swapped to Monarchy from Classical Republic. Maneuver stayed in my Wildcard Policy slot, and I was able to move it to Military and also slot in Chivalry.
Expected behavior was that Maneuver would be obsolete and unavailable.
Temple finishes at end of turn and Divine Right is then finished in this save.

It went away the following turn and I had to fill an empty slot.
