As you can see in the image, there remain only 2 Civs in a continent plus game: me (I've destroyed the germans in my continent) and the Persians (who have steamrolled all the remaining Civs in their continent: India, Spain, England, China, Siam). I'm allied with all the CS and I'm preparing to invade their capital. And what they do with all their money: NOTHING!
