I am attaching a file that causes crash with Exception Access Violation. This is actually the FIRST time EVER I am getting this problem during mid-game (turn 328). There are no mods, so this is not an art resources limit. Also, the map is for 8 players, a standard one, so not a "big maps issue". Can you spare a few minutes and check if you can progress to the next turn? Just a few clicks are needed (e.g. run Send Aid project).

…and back to “are you sure you are not stupid”
They advised me to run Civilization in Windows 7 compatibility mode :hammer2:

And ofc update the GPU drivers. Well, it just so happen that I did so a week or so ago.

I really suspect these are not people, but some AI bot with preprogrammed anserws.

...and the parody reaches its peak. Apparently, it is a faulty Microsoft Windows 10 system and most likely faulty AMD drivers. They suggested that I basically reainstall my enture system. It doesn't matter that I told them like 3 times already that I have a fresh new computer with everything installed fresh new and most up-to-date :dunno:

And the last line just made me LOL "If there are indeed errors reported, we then recommend that you please get in touch with Microsoft Support immediately and inform them of these issues with your copy of Windows."
So, guys, whoever is not able to progress with my file - you simply have a bad windows copy. Doesn't matter that probably Windows is a hundred times more times tested and verified than Civ6 haha :) Just report it to MS tech support.
:lol::lol::lol:

I gained access to macOS with Civ6. There is much better crash report.
It clearly shows theat there's an issue in the game core.
I wonder now how are they going to spin this and blame Microsoft? :hmm:

Apparently, the fact that the game crashes on macOS it still the fault of Microsoft :dunno:

If you've made it this far, sadly it means that we have reached the peak of our approved troubleshooting steps and that your issue is better off in the hands of a Certified Microsoft Technician (which we at 2K Support are not qualified as such). You can reach a Technician over at Microsoft Support. What we could do was share the troubleshooting steps with you but none of them seemed to be working out for you unfortunately therefore getting in touch with a technician over at Microsoft Support is our best bet now.

I am getting a little aggravated by this absolutely ridiculous approach. Any ideas how to progress with them? Make some community pressure? Expose how absurd is 2K support?

2K is basically ignoring the issue. Not even funny.
The "Mac" issue was closed because there is a "duplicate". And "duplicate" is about Windows, so it is Microsoft fault.
Whenever I post anything saying "guys, the problem is with YOUR soft not MS or AMD or Apple" they immediately just close the ticket.
