[NFP] [1.0.12.9] Wolin granting GG points for losing fights

I was suzerain of Wolin and was granted Great General points after I lost a fight against an AI land unit.

Maybe it is not a bug, but then it seems counterintuitive to me, as I thought you should only be rewarded with points for winning a fight.
