[NFP] 1.0.2.39 (505793) end turn SOFTLOCK bug

(Single player, no mods) Sometimes when ending your turn the game leaves you in the "please wait" phase for a bit longer than usual... forever. This is most certainly not a client-side problem, as I have good PC specs and even repaired the game files after this happened the first time. This has happened to me personally 3 times over tens of hours of gameplay since the June update (when it started happening for me), so it's not that uncommon. Here are some details I've observed from the 3 times I've encountered this bug;

- This only started happening after the June update
- The AI doesn't take their turn before the game softlocks
- The option to save/load is there but it will never load (like the "please wait")(in video)
- If you load a QUICK SAVE/save? it will CRASH the game sometimes (It doesn't in the video, but other times it has)
- Exiting the game always results in a crash

Edit: It just happened again, and I might've found what causes it, it's a habit of mine to always right click the alerts that appear on the right side of the screen to get rid of the clutter, and I think that doing this at some sort of timing after pressing "End Turn" could possibly be the cause.

I have been running into the same thing and it's making the game very difficult to try to play. This is the same version with no mods running.
