[NFP] [1.0.7.9] Oppidum appears as red exclamation mark upon placing (Turn 1 Only)

As title says, Oppidum appears as red exclamation mark upon placing, but in next turn the graphics load normally. I did remove all mods and reinstalled Gaul DLC to check if that's something on my end, but i think it's not. Minor thing.

I think that red exclamation mark means you're about to remove a forest to build that oppidium.

Tested this in several places, and definitely not. Red exclamation mark usually means that graphics did not load, or there is some issue in artdef files - 0 errors anywhere in logs btw.

EDIT:
Ok, it looks like it only happens, when You place Oppidum in turn one...wierd
Anyway never gonna happen in normal play.
