Yes exactly.... I have no problem with what Shaitan did in the turn chat, but that he did not poll it to begin with.

I would propose: We mark our wonder-queue with the high priority wonders. And we should plan this in advance for the whole age!
If one of those high priority wonders are possible to build in a city and we get a GL, we could set up a guideline saying that the wonder must be built.
If we get a GL and no wonder is in the queue, we can leave it up to the DP to use it how he thinks would fit.

The only thing I have a problem with this is the differant situtions.... We can not predict what will happen when that wonder and a GL is availble. Will we be the strongest nation? or will we only have one city? It depends on the sitution.
