108.2 Epic MIlitar CS Bug

Recently been getting into epic speed games, I noticed that on standard speed I have no issues with military CS acruing points and gifting free units, but on Epic the military CS unit pool remains at 0 turn after turn with no change.

So upon further review of the LP I am doing at the moment (108.2 patch) I realized that I am not receiving unit points in my militaristic civs on the standard speed as well. Kind of embarassing but wat can you do

I had the same problem on 1.01 using Marathon in the first few tech eras. I didn't check the CS unit pool at the time. Then I got to the Future tech age and I started getting units then; I checked the counter and it looked fine. Was odd.

Yes, I received city state units in all 3 of the games I played on 108 general

Can confirm. Military CS are not rewarding units in 108.3.

Likely related: I cannot upgrade units in 108.3 either.
