[144.3] Small bug. VEM promotions displayed as labels in unofficial patch

The attached image is from a game with only unofficial patch enabled (not the VEM part). As you can see, labels from promotions only available in VEM are displayed in FlagPromotions Options. I think those promotions shouldn't be visible in unofficial patch. Is not very important, though.
