As you can see in the first image, Hiawatha's gpt is displayed as "nil". In the diplomacy window (second image) it's displayed correctly as -7 gpt.

Could you:

  1. Enable logging
  2. Open the Trade Opportunities screen
  3. Post an attachment of your lua.log file
Things returning "nil" values usually log an error message. :)

Thanks. I don't see any error messages, but I should be able to debug it easily enough. Could you attach a zip file with:

  • savegame where an AI has negative gold rate
  • /mods folder
It's difficult to directly give AIs a negative gold rate with the tuner's tools, so a game where this is already present will be easier to debug. :)

Ok. Here are the files. I've had to compress images of my older posts because I'm almost out of quota . I've posted many savegames in the vanilla's bugs forum.

One thing I don't understand: why do you need the content of the MODS folder?. I only have 2 mods active: VEM(v145.4) and InfoAddict (v16).

Edit: deleted the files because now they aren't necessary.

It's to ensure I'm running the same version of the mods as you are. Also, sometimes people have other mods installed, and it's easier to say "give me your mods folder" than track down all the individual mods. :)

Thanks for uploading that file, it was very helpful - saved me a lot of time! You can delete any debugging file attachments you've made here or in the past. I've got the files.

I'm glad the files have been useful for you. I've deleted them.

I've made a test of the savegame with version 146 and the correct number (-7) appears. Anyway, a format problem is there because the number (-7) is displayed joined with the number in the previous column, as you can see in the image.
