You can re-enable the graphs tab by uncommenting a couple lines in /base-standard/ui/endgame/screen-endgame.js. I can see why they disabled them as they aren't very readable with the UI styling. One of them is also just straight up bizarre as it seems to show the amount of gold produced in each city.

This would be a nice tool, are they fixing it up and enabling it in the future?
I would assume so, there's also lots of indications of a hall of fame that's unfinished.

Oo really hope they finish this up and put in the game, I love looking at graphs. Which lines exactly would need to be uncommented to make it work, and do I need any particular software to do that or will they open in a simple text editor?

I noticed that the "just one more turn" button is already in the game as well, it's just disabled because of a bug:
