152.7 AI Gold out of hand

In my recent immortal, quick game, I noticed that AI gold was much higher than previous versions.
Each civ had about 6-8 cities, 1000 gold and 110 GPT around turn 150.
Attached is the lua file for the game.
I found that gold for myself was coming in about 50 gold per turn.
I hope the AI is not forgetting to spend again.
I did notice that most of the civs would lose their gold surplus suddenly, for reasons I can't explain.
Suleiman and Greece kept building their stockpiles because he was constantly in war.

The AI was quite competitive even without spending all of their gold constantly.
I like it at those levels as it enables trading and research deals.

In my game, a few Ai civs wound up weirdly below zero: Arabia hit -266gpt and pretty much stayed there. The leaders were all in the 2K-3Kg treasury/xxxgpt until they suddenly went south. The impossible gpt situation hasn't prevented it from reaching Apollo first.

I also noticed that razed cities no longer burn at double speed - is that on purpose?
 
This is likely the same problem Seek reported and should be fixed in v.11.

This is the Attilla's trait, not an inherent part of the game.

For whatever reason, AI gold is still out of hand for a few civs.
Played Immortal, quick, panagea.
I am not sure what the triggers are that make them spend the gold.
China, ARabia, and Persia all had over 2000 gold each turn. Ididn't track their GPT, but could open it up if necessary.
The rest were hanging in with about 0 to 300.
I noticed that the conquerors were spending their money quickly.
Persia and Arabia were in a CS buying competition along with Germany.
At turn 150, Persia had 12000 gold, probably from a peace treaty with Arabia.
They used it to buy the rest of the city states.

The AI is spending all their gold. They seem a little too broke, if anything, although I drew a bunch of warmongers in my game. Everything else seems fine - very high expansion, but not problematic, and good early effort at GW's. (The GL has been gone on t34 and t32 in two starts.)

How could they have had more than 10-15 turns to build after completing writing even if they beelined for it? That seems awfully early, even for AIs.
