Does anyone have a copy of this game? I used to play it alot but trailed off last year. I was looking thru my old junk for stuff to toss when i noticed the disc, thru it in an played a game.

Pretty good game so far as real time strategy goes. Nothing special or fancy, almost a meidevil simcity with trade and warfare.

Anyway, I cant find any forums where anyone still plays and was wondering if anyone here would be interested in a game.

I doubt it, but who knows.

For me it had only 2 downsides:
1) The way the military units where controled during combat... I never got them to do exactly what i want

2) on the 5th day I played that game my HDD broke.. dunno why, but it was totally %&($&()/&()§/&

I am looking forward to the sequel though :goodjob:

I just bought this one the other day for a very small sum. Unfortunately I left it in my friend's car :( any handy tidbits that anyone cares to pass along?
thanks

Not greatness by any means, it is well worth playing. The Graphics are nice, with an original theme, though warfare is a bit awkward.

It's not meant to be a military game. What, you get like 3 different military units or something?

I do have fun with it. Kind of nice playing it when I have a good beer buzz and just want to build stuff.

In the same context I might suggest Imperialism 1 and 2, which is quite a very good strategy game to. It's a bit different from A160 but you'll surely like it, although it's quite a hard game, even at easiest level.

I can second the quality and difficulty of the Imperialism games. I look forward to a third if they choose to make it. :)

After the sorrowful Trade Empires if Frog City aren't dead then they must be feeling quite unwell... ;)
