2 problems...

I start a new game and go through everything just fine but after its loading and it says done it freezes and nothing happens i waited for an hour and nothing happened. i have tried it 3 or 4 times with the same error every time. AND i just tried the tutorial and staight away after clicking it the game exited... please help.

May not help, but...
Do you have a free version of zonealarm firewall? If so, try turning it off (turn-on windows firewall instead).

I had a similar problem. When loaded, it just sat sits there.

I click the mouse alot then hit ESC a few times and it loads up.

I encountered the same problem. Setting graphics detils to low helped, though.
