2k terms pop-up

Anyone else have this problem. I went to start game, this popped up, and won't close:

Whether I click agree or disagree it won't close.

I have the exact same problem. It only started 10 mins ago.

I cant get past it and play the game.

I have tried agreeing and disagreeing but nothing works.

I have not played in two days, but today I get the same message when I try except that I get past the oct, 31st one ok, it then prompts a similar one with oct 28th. then it sticks for me

Same just got it this moment.

Even after restarting my game it brings up the terms again. There are two separate terms to be accepted but only the first one allows you to click 'I Agree to All' Trying to find a work around now.

Mines Fixed just had to restart the game a few times. Very Strange. Also went offline on steam before hand hope this works for people.

Yeah, they fixed, had tried in offline already, so that didn't matter.

I had a crash, and then when I restarted the game got this too. Restarted the PC and still getting it. Is this something that has changed in an update? Everyone suddenly getting it seems strange.

It's not back for me. Even though i did restart Civ like another 3 more times.

There was no update for the game. Wonder how they managed to get the terms to randomly pop up at this moment or was it just a pure coincidence.

Tried going on 2k forums to see if anything, and site had a database error and wouldn't load.
