Firaxis Error Report

Bought Civ VI a few days ago. Everytime I try to open the game, I get a Firaxis Error Report that doesn't clarify what's happening. I checked the minimun requirements for launching the game, and the only thing that doesn't meet the minimum is Dedicated Video RAM. Although, I also have a XCOM game (also from 2K) in the same PC, with the same problem in Dedicated Video RAM, and it runs (not the best, but it runs). I tried avoiding the 2K launcher, but I can't find the solution for this anywhere. I pasted what I get from the game after I try to open below. Thank you very much in advance!
