Where was the Russian T-34 tank designed?

I don't think it was but I do believe the suspension was designed by a guyin the US, who offered it to the Americans and they turned him back, but I'm not sure if the whole tank was designed there. But I'll guess America anyway

indeed... it was designed in the US and then the russians accepted the design.

good job

ok, just read something about him so hopefully this "should" be a difficult question to answer. What's Eddie Slovik's "claim to fame?"

for the googlers out there, his full name was "Edward Donald Slovik"

Steviejay

Slovik was the only American shot for desertion in WWII.

yup, correct.

iirc he was the only soldier shot for desertion since the American Civil War, and there ain't been another after him.

your go serutan

Which German ally in Europe never declared war on the
Soviet Union?

Nope. Finland was officially at war.

Finland never declared war on the SU.

In 1939, the Soviets claimed the Finns had shelled Soviet positions near Mainila and declared war after their offensive was allready underway.

In 1941, they weren't as formal but simply started bombing Helsinki.

EDIT: You just beat me by a minute, Serutan.

I'm going to weasel out of that by saying that
Spain wasn't a true ally because they did not enter the war at
all. The country I am thinking of did.

yes - so to be pedantic, Finland was a German ally, at war with the Soviet Union but never declared war on the Soviet Union.

Which German ally in Europe never declared war on the
Soviet Union?

This country niether delcared war on the SU, nor did
any of their soldiers set foot inside the 1941 boundary of the
Soviet Union.

Yugoslavia signed the tripartite pact in 1941 but a coup happened against the king before they could do anything concrete on the Axis side, therefore I'd suggest them.

im gonna say China
