[Vote] (3-10) City Production Choice Menu Sorts By Unit Type

I'm going to make 3 toggles for this so then people can have a choice:
  1. Separate Great Person and Religious Units
  2. Separate Military Units by Domain
  3. Separate Projects and Wonders
Those 3 options can only be selectable if you activate the main toggle.
So then people can easily revert back to the unchanged UI if they want.
