[3.13] Game Lag

I've never had this problem before the 3.13 patch. Whenever I select a screen to view (science, civics, etc.) the game pauses A LOT before displaying the screen. It happens either way - pressing a function key or clicking on a screen icon. Anyone else have this problem?

Yep. But none of the suggested solutions work. I didn't think they would since this problem started with 3.13.

I seemed to have fixed this. I went into my Beyond the Sword directory, right clicked on Civ4BeyondSword.exe and chose 'Run as administrator'. I had done this a while back, but I think patch 3.13 must have overwritten this file. Anyway, the delay when opening a screen seems to be gone for now.
