3.17 - Possible Bug with Worst Enemy Display

I think I found a bug with the worst enemy reporting introduced in the 3.17 patch. It says that Napoleon is the worst enemy of me. How can that be? Also, I don't see anything telling me about worst enemies when no leader is selected or if I select myself.

Very interesting. First, the save says it uses the Next War mod. Second, it doesn't say that Napoleon is my worst enemy when I try to do that...

I've seen the same issue running normal 3.17 (but with BUG mod active). Pretty minor, but strange.
