They look great and they're a needed unit (people don't seem to make diverse crossbowmen here) but I don't think the some of them look "medieval" enough, I imagine the Roman and Greek ones would probably look more like the vanilla one.

The egyptian one looks great , the indian one looks okay, not sure how it can be improved though.

Also, I don't like criticising but I think the animations look a little wrong on the roman guy - the nif viewer can be tricky with this stuff.

Please don't take any of this the wrong way, it's great that you're bringing out so many units, but they can still be improved.
