Proposal:
Remove the Armor Platting II promotion (+25% defense) from the T-34.
Rationale:
The T-34 is already an impressive tank, with extra speed and a major boost to its core CS over the normal tank. However, the addition of Armored Plating II just makes the unit far too tanky.
That in itself is a problem, but it gets worse when you upgrade to modern armor. Modern Armor with APII is near invincible, boasting a defense rating that even a GDR has trouble cracking.
With this change, the T-34 will still be a clearly superior version of the normal tank, but without the abusable elements.
