•How do you find out how much a unit is costing you per turn?

•Is the Cultural Diplomacy broken (Happiness from gifted luxuries increased by 50%)? It doesn't seem to be working. All luxuries still only give +5 happiness. Shouldn't they give 7.5 happiness?

•Again, regarding Cultural Diplomacy, if you have a luxury, and you are allied with City State with the same luxury, is it better to not build the required tile improvement to get the resource so you can then get it from the City State for extra happiness?

•If I build my railroads over my roads, do I still pay for the maintenance on my roads?

•How does United Front work (Other players influence with City-States decreased by 33% more per turn than usual)? - does it stack if more than one player has it? If I have it, does it make me immune to when other civs have it?

You can't find out anywhere how much each unit is costing you individually sadly.

Cultural diplomacy is not broken. You can see how much extra you are getting by mousing your cursor over the happy face. It will tell you underneath all the luxuries "+x from other sources" It's rounded down by the way.

No it is to your benefit to work the tile yourself as you can trade it away to other nations. You still get the bonus happy whether or not you trade however.

Railroads cost 2 gold/turn you don't need to pay for the road on top of that.

No idea about united front.. you'll probably have to get into a multiplayer game to test it, since you won't really know if the computer took it or not.

Cool. Thanks.
