+50% Luxury Output

What does this option do for improvements? I've seen it in the editor, but it's never used by any improvements. The marketplace does use 'increase luxury trade', which I assume increases the happy faces per luxury. But, does anyone have any idea of what the 50% luxury output is? It that sort of like adding happy faces?

I never understood how the base luxury percentages affect happiness anyway.

this is for your luxury slider on the domestic advisor's page. In other words, it works the same as the +50% taxes/science improvements such as the library and bank but for the luxury slider instead.

i have added this in for my theatre improvement, but have also considered it for my shopping mall as an alternative!
