+50% Settler Card does not display hammers accurately

Either the card doesnt work or it doesnt display correctly.

It says i am doing 9,5 hammers. 8 from working tiles, 2 from the palace and -0,5 from amenities.
I dont see the bonus of 50% taken into account though!

Calculating amount of turns necessary it DOES seem to help based on the amount of turns needed to finish the settler. I cant find the accurate number of hammers anywhere though. Not in the city report screen either.
No tooltip showing up... It just says an amount of turns that coincides with the appropriate amount of turns.
Lack of info? Seeing this in the city screen like we do with food / housing would be nice.

As far as i remember noone of the % bonuses from policy cards displays in the city yelds list.

Ok... well thats an odd choice since everything else is calculated. As long as we know it WORKS i guess. It becomes weirder if you get other bonuses from cards added though. I hope they ll add that in soon.
