The Sears Tower

Hello to all.
A gift to Ukas for his wonderful work in designing Wonders for Civ III

I am from Chicagoland, and so I have created the Sears Tower.

For those 4 who have dowloaded the zip, please download it again. There was an incorrect color palette on the Civilopedia icons.
I have now fixed it.
Sorry for the mistake.

I have noticed that there is a problem with the zip file. I will be posting a fix later.
