6.9 food problem

I'm either really dumb or there's still some kind of maritime food problem. It's the same sort of thing I was trying to explain in the 6.2 problems thread. I have 2 cities and 2 maritimes allied. One of my cities (Mecca) has said 1 turn to growth for several turns in a row even though it claims 12 surplus food.

Can someone else maybe look at this? I attached a save and my mods folder.

Thanks for the savegame. I loaded it up and took a look:

  • 14:c5food: from terrain.
  • 3 food for alliance * Era 3 * 2 citystates = 3*3*2 = 18:c5food: empire MCS
  • City weight is 2 out of 3 = 67% of 18 = 12:c5food: city MCS
  • 14+12 = 26:c5food: base
  • 26-(2*6 citizens) = 14:c5food: surplus = 14:c5food: total
  • 7:c5food: first turn
  • 7 + 14 = 21:c5food: second turn
The tooltip all checks out and matches the growth progress of the city. Could you clarify where in the food calculation chain you're having a problem?

Ok. Thanks for checking. I'll load that save up again when I get home and check again. The problem I was seeing is the city was not growing and the turn countdown was not changing either. I don't really know the equations. All I saw was 1 turn to growth and then no growth when I hit next turn.

I think Txurce mentioned that same issue before in the 6.2 bugs thread.

In my games I wasn't getting the MCS food. 6.8 has fixed that, although the AI seems to be feasting now.
 
I loaded up the same game that I posted above and I still see the problem.

Here is turn 103. 48.75/55 food. Supposedly +12 per turn:

I guess it must be something specific to my machine. Maybe I'll delete and re-download all the mods or just reinstall CiV. I can't imagine what else is wrong. :sad:
 
My roommate was playing with 6.9 (IA, CN) when this bug returned. The capital won't grow, with its numbers shifting back and forth. I've attached her mod folder and a game save.

No extra TBC's, but they were mailed from her PC to my Mac and uploaded here, so let me know if there's a problem.
